All Superior Villas are able to accommodate guests with disibilities on the first floor, there are no stairs and the villas have an open concept and comfortable areas such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom equipped with bathing aids (stools) – all with enough space and good entrances to accommodate a wheelchair for example. There is also a bedroom on the first floor with a king-size bed next to the bathroom. The Grand Villa has a bedroom with a queen size bed designed especially for these guests with a private entrance and bathroom equipped with grab rails.
All villas have a parking space.

In terms of security, our reception is open from 7am to 11pm (local time). The resort is closed throughout the day and night for our guests only. Doors and gates are opened with codes provided at check-in. These codes are private and should not be shared with others for your own security. They also vary according to the accommodation you are staying in and are automatically changed on check-out. Cameras are installed throughout the resort and are operational 24 hours a day.

The cancellation must be made through the platform where the guest made the reservation. If this was done directly with the Resort, it is enough to contact us to cancel it, by email, because we always require a written registration to make up for any change in the reservation.
However, if the reservation has been made with an agency or through the extra nets, the guest must contact them to make the cancellation, as we cannot modify/cancel reservations that have not been made directly.
There are two types of cancellation depending on the tariff chosen by the guest at the time of booking.
Flexible rate :
– [Low Season] No charge for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to check-in.
– [High Season] No charge for cancellations made up to 7 days prior to check-in.

Non refundable rate: Payment must be made at the time of booking confirmation and in case of cancellation or no-show, the total amount of the booking cannot be refunded to the guest.

Our guests have access to all the following services and facilities at our resort:

– Breakfast is included and available from 7:00am to 10:00am (local time). It is served as a continental buffet with regional products and a la carte options.

– Access to our Wellness Centre consisting of the SPA: massage room (at extra cost and by appointment), sauna, turkish bath, vichy shower and fitness room with cardio machines.

– Relaxation area with heated swimming pool for adults, children’s pool and Jacuzzi. This area is shared with other guests and is located at the highest point of the resort with panoramic views of our gardens, city and countryside.

– Open access to our gardens with a variety of flora such as fruit trees, flowers and aromatic herbs, and to the viewpoints that offer panoramic views not only of the resort but also of the surrounding area.

– Free Wi-Fi connection in the accommodation and in all common areas of the resort.

– Free parking for our guests only.

Other Questions

We will ask for your credit card details when you check in. This will be used as a security deposit, in the event of any damage during your stay, and if you wish to add any extras to your booking. If you do not want to or do not have a credit card, you will have to leave a certain amount of money which will be returned in full if none of the above happens.

The resort is located in a parish just five minutes by car from the centre of Ponta Delgada. There you will find many restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest restaurant is a 17 minute walk from the resort.

We work with a number of partners around the island who provide this type of service. So we can help you and find better terms and conditions for the type of services you are interested in.

We provide some basic equipment for children such as chairs and cots if you ask for them. In addition, our resort has a playground, gardens and a shallow pool.
